The PU Leather Dry Production Line is one of the core production systems for manufacturing PU leather. It is widely used in the production of footwear, bags, furniture upholstery, interior decoration materials, and automotive seating. The line works by evaporating solvents from solvent-based PU resin solutions to form a multi-layer film structure, which is then bonded to a substrate, producing PU leather with strong adhesion and excellent mechanical strength.

The PU leather dry production line applies solvent-based PU resin evenly onto the substrate through coating units. During the drying process, the coated material passes through multiple heating zones, where solvents are gradually evaporated under controlled temperature and airflow conditions. As the solvent is removed, the PU resin forms a solid multi-layer film that is firmly bonded to the substrate, resulting in PU leather products with high strength, durability, and excellent surface quality.
