The PU wet-process production solution is mainly used for producing PU base (semi-finished leather). Through the water film-forming process, a uniform porous structure is created, giving the finished product breathability, softness, and comfort close to natural leather.
The PU dry-process production solution is widely used for shoe leather, bag leather, and decorative leather. Multi-zone ovens ensure complete film formation and strong bonding with the substrate.


The PVC leather foaming solution uses a PVC foaming furnace as the core equipment. By decomposing foaming agents at high temperature, uniform microporous structures are formed in the PVC resin, making the leather lightweight, soft, and elastic.
This solution is designed for surface processes such as printing, color matching, gloss enhancement, and color modification. Two-plate or three-plate processing machines improve appearance quality and batch consistency.


The PU leather vacuum texture solution is used in the post-treatment stage of PU synthetic leather. Vacuum negative pressure replaces traditional embossing, preserving softness and thickness.
